There is no need to worry about shortages or raising prices at the grocery store if you stock your freezer with SVF beef by purchasing quarter of a beef!

A quarter beef share is approximately 90 pounds of beef, including premium cuts, ground beef, roasts, etc. 

Your meat will be custom butchered to your families liking - as an example, if you don't love roasts but your family loves ground beef, you can cut minimal roasts and get extra ground beef instead! We will work with you to curate your custom cut sheet when final payment is received.
