A whole pig is approx. 100-120 LBS of pork! We will work with you to create a custom cut sheet that will consist of your families perfect combination of :

- pork chops

- pork tenderloin

- ribs

- pork roasts 

- bacon

- breakfast sausage, chorizo, and Italian sausage

- ground pork 

$450 DEPOSIT -  balance due 1 week before delivery. Delivery will be in Feb or March
